My dress is a very light icy blue. I have brown eyes and fairly tan skin (I'm Italian). My hair is light brown, but my eyebrows are almost black. So, I'm wondering what colour eye make-up I should use. It would really be appriciated if you helped.

You should go for brown with a little glitter and dark brown eye pencil, not liquid eyeliner.
