for grad (not prom), i was thinking of a hairstyle to dress down my dress. it's kind of fancy-ish. it's dark brown and i was thinking of putting my hair into a high ponytail and putting a flower in it. i want the flower to be pink, but i need to know what kinds of flowers work best.

since the dress is fancyish.and you want to tone it down . tie thin ribbons around your ponytail instead
you dont want to look like a bridesmaid or flower girl

You want to be careful with flowers. Yes they can look great but the can leak if not done properly. Then it takes forever to get out of your hair. You'd be better just to stick with a Corsage.

I don't think you should work the flowers

i think flowers would make you look more fancy-ish...if you want to put your into a ponytail then do so but no flowers...maybe you can use a simple hairtie or use a black hairtie and use a few strands of ur hair to go around your ponytail then tuck it under ur hair with a bobby pin..i dunno if ul get this..hehe..but hope itl help
